Q. How do I login?
A. To login to the FSIS Online portal you would need to enter your registered Username and Password, created and provided by RBF.
Q. Why did my login fail?
A. There are a number of reasons why logins fail; some of these are described below:
Incorrect username
If you get a message “Username or password is incorrect”, the most likely reason for this is that you have entered your username incorrectly. Please check and try again.
Incorrect password
If you get a message “Password is incorrect”, the most likely reason for this is that you have entered your password incorrectly. Please check and try again, a registered username has up to 3 valid attempts to login before their account is locked out.
Account Not Activated
If you get a message “FI account has not been activated. Please activate the FI account using the link from the email”, the most likely reason for this is that you your account has been created but not activated. Please click on the link provided in your email, activate your account and then try to login.
Set a new password
1. Password must not be the same as a previous password.
2. Password must be atleast 8 characters.
3. Contain atleast one symbol, an upper case letter, a lower case letter and a number.
